We provide both single walkthrough experiences and comprehensive tours for larger properties, including exterior and interior features. Our aerial videography service offers a unique perspective and adds tremendous value by showcasing the surroundings that are not easily visible from the ground. Our team of experts ensures the delivery of silky smooth footage tastefully edited into short and precise presentations. Additionally, we are FAA certified for commercial use, ensuring safe and reliable service.


360 & Matterport Tours

We provide 360 virtual walkthroughs and 3D tours, which allow viewers to explore the environment at their own pace. Our production values vary depending on client needs, with options including Matterport 3D virtual walkthroughs, 360 virtual tours, Google Street View, and custom tours designed for your website.

Small Business & Office

Welcome to our coordination and production category, where we offer shoots that require more planning and organization. Whether you're a small business or an office in need of various photography types, such as headshots, group shots, or interior photography, we've got you covered. Our team has a wealth of experience working with a variety of small businesses, and we're dedicated to delivering exceptional results for your project. Our fees start at $299 for the first hour then $100 per hour, with a two-hour minimum, plus expenses such as parking and travel cost if outside service area. Photos come with usage license for basic marketing purpose. We believe in transparent pricing and will work with you to find a package that meets your needs and budget. When are the photos delivered?

The standard turnaround time for delivering your photos is typically within 24 hours. However, please be advised that certain exceptional circumstances beyond our control or larger-scale projects may cause a delay. Rest assured that in 99% of cases, you will receive your photos on the following day.

How are the photos delivered?

Our customary method of delivering your photos is through our convenient downloadable review gallery, which showcases your photos in a stunning and easy-to-review manner. This gallery allows you to preview your photos before downloading them, ensuring your utmost satisfaction with the final product.

After you have reviewed the photos, you will have the flexibility to choose the file size that best suits your needs. We offer a range of options, including web-sized files and slightly larger files that are ideal for small prints. Whatever your preference, we are happy to work with you to ensure that your photos are delivered to you in the format that is most suitable for your purposes.

Should you prefer an alternative delivery method, such as through Dropbox or Google Drive, please inform us, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.

What is your service area?

We offer our services within a 15-mile radius of the 90005 Zip code. If you happen to be located beyond this radius, please rest assured that we can still provide our services to you. In such cases, we adjust our total photo fee to include an additional charge of $ 0.75 per mile. This allows us to accommodate clients outside of our primary service area and deliver our high-quality photography services to a wider range of customers.

What if I need to cancel, or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be aware that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place for all appointments. If you cancel or reschedule within this 24-hour window, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. However, if you cancel the appointment while we are already en route or after we have arrived on site, the full-service fee will be charged. For a single-person job, this fee is $100, while for a two-person job, it is $200. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide our high-quality services to all of our clients in a timely and efficient manner.

What is included in the service fee ?

The service fee includes the expenses associated with our team preparing for and traveling to the appointment location, as well as up to one hour of on-site services as per the client’s request. The service fee serves as a setup fee for each shoot and does not cover any additional costs that may be incurred during the shoot. The cost of the shoot is determined by the specific requirements, such as the number of photos needed. For instance, if 25 photos are required, the total appointment fee would be $175, which comprises a $100 service fee and a $75 photo fee. I hope this clarifies the pricing structure for you.
